because every item is made to order just for each mama, we can’t accept returns or exchanges unless an item is defective. defective items include printing errors, damage during shipping, or missing items, etc. pls report any defective items within 7 days of receiving your order, & we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.

processing the order can take several days after your purchase, & then:
~ standard shipping within the usa usually takes 2–5 business days, & economy shipping within the usa takes 4–8 business days.
~ international shipping can take 10–30 business days. until we crack the code on teleportation, our carrier pigeons will have to carry your packages across oceans & we grieve that the creatures cannot reach you with your orders more quickly. :(
